1. Acceptance

By using app.cabfilesllc.com you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

CabFiles LLC provides document organization to help you prepare DOT audit packages.

We do NOT guarantee that you will pass an audit, and we do not provide legal advice. Compliance is the responsibility of the carrier.

DOT regulations change; the carrier must verify current requirements.

3. DOT Disclaimer

CabFiles LLC does NOT file with the FMCSA, does NOT run Clearinghouse queries, and does NOT provide drug testing services.

The traffic-light statuses (GREEN #10B981, YELLOW #F59E0B, ORANGE #F97316, RED #EF4444, BLACK #111827) are an organizational aid, not a legal determination.

391.51 driver qualification files must be verified by the carrier.

4. Pricing — 40% Below Comparable Platforms

Starter $59/mo (1-3 drivers), Growth $189/mo (4-10 drivers), Pro $499/mo (11-25 drivers), and custom enterprise pricing above 25 drivers at $15 per additional driver per month. All plans are flat per fleet.

Add-ons: Onboarding $299, extra driver $19/mo, MVR $25, Rush Review $99. Annual billing saves 10%.

Fees are charged via Stripe. Failed payments receive a 7-day grace period, after which the account moves to PastDue and access may be suspended.

5. Data Ownership

You own your files. CabFiles LLC acts as custodian and you grant us a license to store them.

Upon cancellation you have 30 days to export via /audit, after which records are archived under our 7-year retention lock.

6. Prohibited Use

Do NOT upload false or forged medical cards or another carrier's data.

Do NOT attempt to access another carrier's account. Do NOT use the platform to harass drivers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 3 months.

We are not liable for DOT fines, out-of-service orders, or audit failures.

8. Account Types

Back Office: administrators only.

Carrier Owner: add, delete, upload, export, and connect integrations.

Manager: view only. Driver: view own records, upload documents, and submit DVIRs.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment, sharing a login across DOT numbers, uploading illegal content, or breach of privacy obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CabFiles LLC maintains its principal office, as listed in our contact information.
