Fleet compliance
Fleet compliance software for drivers, vehicles and paperwork
Fleet compliance fails at the seams — between the office and the shop, between hiring and dispatch, between a defect report and the repair that fixed it. CabFiles closes those seams by keeping drivers, vehicles and their documents in one system.
One compliance picture
A single score and standing per driver and per unit, calculated from the documents actually on file and the dates attached to them.
- Current, expiring and expired counts across the fleet
- Per-unit annual inspection and maintenance history
- DVIR defects tracked from report through repair resolution
Onboarding that finishes
New drivers get a Part 391 onboarding checklist inside their profile, so the 30-day items — MVRs and previous-employer requests — are visible until they are done rather than forgotten after the first dispatch.
Roster sync where you already have data
If you run a supported telematics provider, CabFiles can pull the driver and vehicle roster so you are not typing it twice. Connecting a provider requires a read-access key from your own account, and it is optional.
One download when an investigator asks
Audit exports assemble the records you have into an indexed packet across drivers, documents and vehicles, with the dates attached, so a document request does not turn into a week of searching.
- Export by driver, by date range or across the whole fleet
- Indexed file names and a manifest of what is included
- Former drivers stay in the archive for the retention window
Frequently asked
- Can several people in my office use it?
- Yes. You can invite team members to your company account, and each plan includes a stated number of seats.
- Can another carrier see my records?
- No. Each company's archive is private and isolated, and that isolation is enforced on the server rather than by a filter in the interface.
